Why CONFORM®? – Expertise born of passion

A medical product is only as good as the conviction with which it is manufactured. For over 30 years, we have relied on materials and processes that make no compromises when it comes to skin health and pressure relief. Find out what makes our systems unique worldwide.

The material: 100% natural rubber

Unlike synthetic plastics, pure natural rubber offers physical properties that are indispensable for long-term pressure ulcer therapy.



Optimal thermoregulation: The material is diffusion-open and reduces perspiration.



Molecular elasticity: Extreme elasticity ensures precise adaptation to the anatomy without disruptive counterpressure.



Free of harmful substances: We completely avoid synthetic plasticisers – our material is odourless and skin-friendly.

Our unique manufacturing process

The reliability and durability of an air cushion is determined by the seams. That is why we rely on a complex process that we invented more than 30 years ago and which is still valid today.



High-tech production process: We have further optimised the manufacturing process with our new immersion and drying plant, which was built in 2023.



Careful resting periods: Our manufacturing process takes a full five days to give the natural rubber the time it needs to form an optimal structure.



Manufacturing quality: Each cushion is carefully manufactured by our production team and individually tested for pressure stability.
